WardTrace is built by a serial founder. It is at prototype stage, measured on a synthetic corpus, with calibration pilots next. That sentence will be updated when it stops being true, not before.
What we are building
A system that turns each healthcare claim into a forensic certificate: consent sealed at the point of care, deterministic contradiction checks, and a tamper-evident evidence bundle that an opposing expert can re-run. The product is the artifact. If the artifact cannot survive hostile scrutiny, nothing else about the business matters.
The honesty ledger
Our methodology page publishes every measured rule, including the ones whose precision is poor. We label every number as what it is: measured on synthetic ground truth, not field performance. We name what the system does not verify, inside the product itself.
This is not modesty. It is the same property that makes the certificate valuable. An evidence company that curates its own evidence is not an evidence company. So the low numbers stay on the page, and they get fixed in the open or retired in the open.
