This notice covers the WardTrace public website and contact form.

When you contact us

The form asks for your name, email address, organization, topic, and message. WardTrace uses these details to reply to you. Do not include patient information or protected health information.

Website analytics

Optional website analytics are paused. Microsoft Clarity is off. The site does not use advertising trackers. The services that host the site and send email may keep logs of web requests and mail delivery.

Demos and pilots

Public examples use synthetic data. For a demo or pilot, we first agree on scope, access, and how data will be used. Those terms must be agreed before you share customer or patient data. See the synthetic data disclosure.
