This is not a final privacy policy. It is a working notice that explains the information the WardTrace website currently collects when you contact us or browse public pages.

The contact form collects the name, email address, organization, topic, and message you choose to provide. WardTrace uses that information to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are delivered to the WardTrace team by email. Do not include patient information or protected health information.

WardTrace uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use public pages so we can improve the site. Clarity may collect interaction and technical information such as clicks, scrolling, browser type, device, and approximate location. Contact-form fields are explicitly masked, and Clarity masks sensitive content by default. The site does not use advertising trackers. Hosting and email infrastructure may also process standard request and delivery logs. All demonstration data shown on this site is synthetic. See thesynthetic data disclosure.
