Is this AI?
No. WardTrace is rules-based, not a black-box AI. Results are reproducible, and each finding points to evidence a person can inspect.
What is your accuracy on real data?
Testing so far uses synthetic data. On your data we run a calibration pilot first and report your numbers. We will not present synthetic results as field performance.
Do you deny claims?
Never automatically. A suspicious claim routes to human review. The system escalates. It does not auto-deny.
Is this admissible in court?
Courts decide admissibility case by case, so we do not promise it. The review record preserves cited evidence, the method, known limits, and an integrity receipt so it can be scrutinized later.
What does it not verify?
Medical necessity and the clinical accuracy of readings. Every review record says so itself. That honesty is part of the design.
What data was this tested on?
Synthetic data only. It contains no PHI, and no real patient, provider, or production claim record is displayed on this public site. Synthetic results are not field performance, so a pilot on your own data comes first.
How is this different from a fraud score?
A score asks a reviewer to trust a number. A Claim Passport presents a specific, sourced disagreement and preserves the context and limits needed for a human decision.
What is a Claim Passport?
It is the durable review record for one claim: a claim summary, cited findings, the method and limits, and integrity evidence that makes later changes detectable.
What does the integrity receipt do?
It lets a reviewer detect whether the included synthetic demo record changed after the receipt was created. It does not authenticate the source, prove an event occurred, or make a legal-admissibility determination.
What does it cost?
Pricing has not been validated or finalized. Any figure discussed during prototype-stage conversations is a planning hypothesis, not a public offer or established commercial term.
